George Charuk, D.O., MBA, FABMR
Dr. George Charuk is a double board-certified, physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who has provided world-class care in Northwest Indiana and the Greater Chicago area for the past 30 years. Dr. Charuk completed physical medicine and rehabilitation training at Loyola University Medical Center.
Dr. Charuk has spoken locally, nationally, and internationally on various topics related to musculoskeletal injury, back/neck pain, and arthritis. Having an active interest in teaching residents, he has held faculty positions at Loyola University Medical Center and Mercer University School of Medicine.
